This is one of those short but sweet posts. We all have that one song we like listening to when doing everything. So, why don’t we take that one track and get in some good exercise as we bump our heads to the beat?
Well, here goes the workout, just plug in your headphones or speakers and just do it.
Mountain climbers x30
Incline push-ups x10
High knees x40
Tricep dips x10
Jumping jacks x30
Sinde lunges x10
You can put the track on repeat and do this for four rounds. You’ll certainly feel the burn and intensity. Enjoy!
