Crunches x15

Incline push-ups x10

High knees x40

Tricep dips x10

Sit-ups x10

Jumping jacks x30

Burpees x10

Sinde lunges x10

You can put the track on repeat and do this for four rounds. You’ll certainly feel the burn and intensity. Enjoy!
